Neuro-divergent Support
Neuro-inclusion at the organisational level only works if the individuals within it have the support they need to flourish. We offer coaching for neurodivergent employees for the neuro- inclusive system you're building, helping them articulate and bring their unique value
This is not compliance and masking-focused support. It is an inquiry into where and how each person flourishes, and what needs to change, in them and around them, to make that possible more of the time.
Where do you start? Every organisation enters this work from a different place. Some have a specific challenge - a neurodivergent employee who isn't thriving, a recruitment process that isn't working, a culture that feels exclusionary but is hard to articulate. Others are further along and want to build something more systematic and evidenced.
Neuro-inclusion isn't a fixed problem or a defined destination. We offer a discovery conversation — typically an hour — where we listen to where you are, share what we've seen work, and help you think through what makes sense for your organisation.
